Following standard publishing agreements, the member also know as the songwriter, producer or composer and The Hit Maker Session also known as the publisher will split all upfront licensing earnings 50/50. Additionally, the songwriter, producer or composer will retain their portion of royalties collected by their PRO. Likewise the publisher retains the publishing portion collected by the PRO.
Once we place your music with the decision makers for that opportunity, we will send you an email similar to the following:
Dear ______ We have submitted your song(s) ______________ to the decision makers for the following opportunity__________. There is no need to follow up as we will alert you if your song(s) is selected for the opportunity.
